2. Liability Limitations

TBG Shoppe LLC, its employees, partners, and advisors shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, tax penalties resulting from client-provided inaccuracies, government processing delays, or third-party errors. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

3. AI Usage & Limitations

All AI systems and tools provided by TBG Shoppe LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. AI-generated content does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Users are responsible for verifying all AI outputs with qualified professionals before taking any action. TBG is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated recommendations.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable once service has commenced (e.g., tax preparation work initiated, formation filings submitted to state agencies). Service fees are due upfront unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement.
