At TBG Shoppe, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. General Policy

All fees charged by TBG Shoppe are for time, expertise, preparation, and services rendered, not for specific outcomes such as refunds, credits, approvals, or processing speed by third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all sales are final.

2. Tax Preparation Services

• No refunds will be issued once:
  work has begun
  documents have been reviewed
  a tax return has been prepared
  a tax return has been filed or transmitted
• Client dissatisfaction, change of mind, or disagreement with tax results does not qualify for a refund.
• Refunds are not issued due to:
  smaller-than-expected refunds
  balances owed
  IRS or state processing delays
  audits, notices, or additional documentation requests

If an error is determined to be caused solely by TBG Shoppe, corrective action will be taken at our discretion. This does not guarantee a monetary refund.

3. Amendments, Corrections & Additional Work

• Amended returns, IRS notices, corrections, and follow-up services are separate engagements and require additional fees.
• No refunds are issued for work completed prior to discovering new or corrected information from the client.

4. Notary & Remote Online Notary (RON) Services

• Notary fees are non-refundable once:
  an appointment is completed
  a session is initiated
  a signer fails to appear or provide proper identification
• Missed appointments, signer error, or document issues do not qualify for refunds.

5. Business Consulting & Advisory Services

• Consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.
• This includes strategy sessions, document reviews, coaching, and advisory services.

Results are influenced by client execution, decisions, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Deposits & Retainers

• All deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
• Deposits secure time, availability, and preparation and are not contingent on completion of services.

7. Client Delays & Non-Responsiveness

No refunds will be issued if services cannot be completed due to:

• failure to submit required documents
• missed deadlines
• lack of communication
• inaccurate or incomplete information

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after services have begun or been completed constitutes a violation of this policy.

TBG Shoppe reserves the right to:

• dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation
• terminate current and future services
• recover associated fees and administrative costs

9. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
