All sales for consulting, tax preparation, and digital services (e.g., document preparation, business consulting, or remote notary services) are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. 2. Notary Services

• Remote Online Notary (RON) & In-Person Notary Services: Due to the nature of notarization, fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
• If there is a technical failure or an issue caused on our end, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

3. Tax Preparation Services.

• Once a return has been electronically filed and accepted by the IRS or state agency, no refunds will be issued.
• If you believe there was an error on our part, please reach out so we can investigate and correct the issue.

4. Custom Packages & Subscription-Based Services

• Any custom consulting packages or ongoing business support services are non-refundable once initiated.
• For monthly subscription plans, cancellations will take effect in the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
